Northern Contours Announces New Chairman3/8/2013 2:35:07 PM | | Article by Northern Contours | St. Paul, Minn. -- The Board of Directors of Northern Contours elected John Goebel as Chairman of the Board, after the recent passing of Chairman Mike Rone.
Goebel has served on the Northern Contours board since 2005 and had a distinguished 35 year career as a vendor and then a manufacturer in the office furniture, residential furniture and kitchen cabinet industries.
Goebel retired as president of Homecrest Cabinetry in 2004 and held various positions including vice President of operations becoming Northern Contours first customer. He is past president of the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association and holds an MBA from Northwestern University.
“Being named Chairman of the Board is an honor and I accepted this position out of the deepest respect for Mike Rone and the fine business that he built,” says Goebel.
“John’s business experience and great passion for Northern Contours has served the company well. We look forward to continuing that relationship in his new role,” says Ken Pfarr, president and CEO. | | | |
