In a world that’s becoming less personal, Leitz is changing course. They are re-dedicating themselves to meeting customer needs, face-to-face. Leitz is restructuring its product offerings to focus on customized solutions and quick turnaround service for high-demand manufacturing. They will be upgrading equipment at their service centers and increasing staff to run multiple shifts. The new capabilities will allow the company to turn around high-quality tooling faster than ever before as well as be more involved, responsive and focused.

These changes mean that Leitz is expanding their field consultant presence to offer enhanced custom solutions, more frequent production consultations, and more face time.

Additionally, Leitz will be adding diamond service to their Garland, Texas facility to expand capabilities in the region. To help Leitz build the best organization to service their customers, operational changes will be made in Wisconsin, Indiana and Pennsylvania to allow for an elevated level of customer service at their remaining locations.
